The latest update for you on where things stand with professional fireworks displays for private and public events based on the Government Roadmap out of lockdown.
Useful information on keeping workers and audiences safe during COVID-19 (England)
From 12th April 2021. Weddings with up to 15 participants can take place outdoors and indoors (subject to that venue being allowed to open).
From 17th May 2021. Subject to the Governments 4 tests, Weddings with up to 30 participants can take place outdoors and indoors (subject to that venue being allowed to open).
From 21st June 2021. Subject to the Governments 4 tests, restrictions on Wedding guest numbers will be lifted.
We are actively taking bookings for Wedding Fireworks Displays from June 21st 2021.
Summer events are likely to be disrupted by COVID-19 regulations, especially those early Summer events. The Government will be running a few test events during the Spring & early Summer (Terms of Reference: Events Research Programme – PDF). Events may also need to get Local Authority Permission for their event (Official Regulations).
We expect to be doing some of our regular festival work over the Summer.
Hopefully, by the Autumn we will be passed the worst of the Pandemic and the emergency regulations will have expired. However, we suspect that COVID-19 mitigation measures will still need to be in place, including crowd control, hand sanitisers and planning.
We expect all of our Bonfire Night Displays to go ahead this year.
As long as there is no further resurgence of COVID-19 we expect New Year’s Eve events to go ahead as normal.
Please reach out to us about your planned event. We are happy to have an upfront and honest discussion about how we think things with happen.
